Well, this is for a competition on another site I go to and the theme is patterns. I decided to do triangles as my patterns and I created a pixel out of it. There was this empty white space and I couldn't think of what to do with it, so I just did some random things to be honest.

What do you think?

Thought of commenting in the thread but you
wrote about the comp. Would have adviced to use
a pyramid. It would have matched the triangle
and would have made the scene a little different.

I think you should toss the AA and add more stylization to the dithering, for say, more solid smaller triangles?

Actually, the dithering seems fine to me. 

And don't doubt yourself.  I think this WILL get into the gallery.

Well, Doom, I know it's random, lol. I just wanted to put my own taste and imagination into this, the way my  mind thinks is weird to be honest. This probably won't make it into the gallery sine it's, well, just different, lol. :S Thanks for the input though.

The dithering that sky is a no. Please smoothen it out a bit. It's really rough atm. And try on working that transition from red to blue. I also don't see the relations between triangles-A bird-A profile-and a factory thing. They don't fit and they're random. Maybe you could try making them out of triangles to go with the theme? I'm not sure though, that's just me.
