bg obviously wasn't done by hand, remove the NPA aspect and this should get accepted. Welcome by the way.

Yes. It's not that hard. Just time consuming. Drop the saturation about 2 points every odd line, drop the lumination 2 points every even line, add or subtract 2 points of red, green or blue, every 5 lines depending on the color you want.The only reason I haven't submitted it is because people might not realize that all I have is poor little MSpaint and get out the pitchforks and torches and scream bloody murder.

Actually the background isn't necessarily NPA, that can be done by hand. I know since I've done that in MSpaint, and unless there's some sort of hidden 'gradient' button in MSpaint that missed, that can only be done by hand.
