Absent any knowledge of Naruto, I say that while the main animation is solid, the 'panting'-esque animation should have one arm outside and one inside his legs, instead of both inside (which makes his balance whacked)
Another way you could improve is by making the ending more snappy -- pause the anim for a short time before he puts his foot down and starts panting. If you study Capcom sprites, you'll see they use this method to emphasize important points of motion.
Overall, I think you'd profit from taking an animator's approach to this -- feel free to trade some realism for easily readable motions. Animators exaggerate CONSTANTLY.

6/8 score from me. Your background's pretty solid; that was worth an extra point ; you've got the coloring/shading aspect of depth of field down pretty well; next you could work on the corresponding focal blurring.

He uses him only to genarate the rasengan, not attack.....

Sabata : I make this animation just for fun & demo game, Because I'm a big fan of Naruto manga. I make this animation when i got tired and bored with my job. So it looks like I am lazzy when i make this image.. hehe.. and Thanks for comment.

Actually Naruto don’t really use his clone for the normal rasengan…. But if you still want to do it, then you have a strange problem here.

Real Naruto makes rasengan whit his right hand, his clone is supposed to appear on his right side, help him and then go along whit him from the right side attacking whit left hand…. While yours is just a copy of the old one, you should make another one for this.

But hey definitely a great animation.
