I'm sorry, but I don't think I have any intentions on working further on this.. I think this has irritated me enough :P I've moved on from this, but I guess I learned something by it ^^ But thanks for your comments. You're right actually, when I look at it now it looks like a shadow yes ^_^

It is true that the mountains look a little cartoony, but it's nice :-) Maybe the crossing between the bright sea and the dark part could be a little smoother, this really looks more like a big shadow over the island, which was my first impression :-)

Before I reply to your actual comment, I have to say that I find it weird, that this piece gets so many nice comments, as I actually hate it myself xD I think the reason I hate it is that I when I made this had tried so much to get away from the cartoony style I had got from trying to make pokemon style sprites, and then the mountains turn out to be just that cartoony style. When I'm saying turn out, I mean turn out, 'cause I made it 3 AM at night, so wasn't really able to tell any difference between something xD But, to your comment :)

Yes, it's a skeleton ^^ Choice of colors was luckily changed after that night, you'd be scared by the original ones xD So the shadow morgan also talked about was the darker place in the water? I just tried to make the water darker as it was farther away... ^^

Is that a skeleton lying on the beach, or is it just an albino getting some tan? :-) Great choice of colors, makes it look vivid. I like the clouds especially.. But the shadow over the island looks wierd, like it's affecting only the water and not the mountains.
