Chronectus, the Hourglass Pokemon. Dark/Bug types.

Chronectus awaken only at sundown. When their hourglass runs low, a wild Chronectus will climb onto a ceiling or ledge upside down so the sand will go back to the top.

Thanks to help from casti and toto with revisions in legs, colour choice, etc
