I didn't say you didn't make it Metaru, don't get all defensive, it's probably your best work yet.  I was more talking about whathisface with his extreme photo edit apple and banana and this was more original than those, but still falls in that category.  And I didn't eat my words, either.  It still holds true.

indeed,  the reference was my guide. that's why im posting it to prevent any kind of problem with someone calling it an edit/rip/recolor/redux.

is hand drawn lollige. i used the same pose and colours because it wanted it with the same pose and colours. as far as I know, that doesn't constituite an edit. copying an image's color(even when I haven't picked the colors directly from the .jpeg image) is fine, as no one can copyrigth a set of colors, unless they are part the desing itself.

Hey weasel, you forget the WIP stages and that's coo. But skeedles uses more colors than the challenge called for and you report, comment and lose your top...what a girl

not just a guide for the design,

actually you have redrawn the same image with another character inside and flipped it.

Same lightsource, same colors (not that the upper part is red and the face is blue, its really exactly the same color, witch means same saturation, same value)

same direction of face, helmet etc, same reflection...

that i'm sexy and you'll love the image just because that.

the second reference is me. its looks a little like it because two main reasons: is there just because i've used it as a guide to draw my facial features in that pose, and because i didn't had another picture of myself to put as a reference.

first one was used as a guide for the desing of the Varitech pilots helmet.

you know, posting my photo was certainly my ace to win.

it looks alot like the first referrence, very little like the second..

however this still is, an awesome piece of work.. but im not sure if thats only because you made it (its a huge part for sure) or if the referrence plays a huge role too..
