Its called Baby rescue. A pair of hands throws babbies out of the burning building and you play a pong like game, you being the 2 men with the trampoline that has to catch them. Once they are caught, they bounce again and they land in the ambulance.
Amazing picture..top notch.

Awesome! I asbsolutely love it! Great colours, awesome style. This has gotta be a mock up for the old mario gallery fire/building/bounce-the-jumping-flaming-building-people-escapees-into-the-ambulance-game, or atleast a reference to it. If you didnt realise, I cant remember what its called!
