Another russian folk character.=) Palette someway busted, but too tired to figure it out.=) And yeah, light source from the front is coming from paparazzi camera flash - in case someone wondering.. Otherwise have no logical explanation.=)

My favorite bits are the wooden owl's feet and the bit on the rim where the purple mixes into brown. Also the trees and the fur coat. Only crits are that the house is maybe too much lit in the lower parts and the shading on the nose and face is not as good as on the rest of the pic.
The colors work pretty good ;D

Another great piece work and another fav! It also seems that you went for a more purpley pallete, away from the browns and yellow (not that there's anything wrong with that :)))
Do you scan in your drawings before pixelling? (think I need to start doing that....)
Thank you, guys, I love you too.=) Yes, that is BabaYaga, well, she looked like that the last time we were dating.=)
Milk3, cat's gone, you know cats...
Mash, Myazaki's Howl was inspired buy walking house from russian tales or so I read.=) I mean, the walking itself, Diana Jones had not describe that part. (haven't read that one=))

Fool ends the year with a bang! I'm always a fan of your interpretations of Russian folklore, it suits your organic and whimsical style so well... and this one brings to mind my childhood memories of reading Bony Legs with her house on chicken feet
Happy New Year!

It's so easy to tell a drawing is by you just by looking at the preview lol. Awesome, the hair right above the head isn't that good in my opinion, but it gets better when going to the left
Even though it's easily recognizable to be yours by the preview and obviously the image itself, there's something about this piece that makes me like it much much more than any of your other pieces, as beautiful as they are. Where I've always admired your technique and vision (as do we all) on a personal standpoint I think this is the one piece where I don't say "Good god fool is amazing at placing pixels" but rather "Wow, this is a piece my senses really connect with."
Great job, if anything has deserved the usual 6/6 and a fave it's this one. Please figure out what that special ingredient was and use it again! :D

Wow, very, very nice piece, I love the colors as well, and the perspective is very cool.

Great pixel :-) Baba Yaga was yesterday in our (Czech) TV in "Morozko" (Father Frost) :-) Although it's russian fairy tale, it became probably the most popular fairy tale here and it's on TV every year! :-)
