... thats an odd excuseyou should try to go above and beyond what you see.
even if you cant, its still good to make each pixel count.
nooottt that i can claim to do so, but that doesnt mean you cant ^^
one more issue is the neck, it looks like more of a cone than a cylinder. but thats just a small detail that doesnt really matter if you dont feel like correcting it. keep up the improvement.

uhhh...banding is where...uhm...its hard to explain in words

when theres banding as a blend method, it looks like pillow shading, which is as everyone knows(or...should),bad.

O.o you kinda do look like melol
youve got a bit of banding around the cheeks, and the AA from your shirt to the background looks odd because it goes to skin color rather than orange. but its way better than the old one. nice job
