That's how you improve. :] It's good to be able to see your mistakes. It's great to be able to fix them!

I love those folds. :D That's a really strong wind if *all* of her hair is flying up. Maybe she's some sort of goddess. :o Nice palette. (Her waist is so small! XD) I would suggest adding a few stray strands that are just a pixel wide, but I'm not certain how it would look on a piece so small..

But the folds are amazing. Srsly. :P

Thanks for your comments! what you say is damn true. I probably focused too much on the dress folds and forgot about the rest... a better position (like surprised by the sudden blow) would give better effects. Wind lines suck indeed :D For my defense, i'll just say that it was late in the night and that i really wanted to participate giving one last effect.

Wind doesn't have to be pixeled at all, actually.
Quick edits I would make:
  • remove wind
  • move (her) right foot further from (her) left.
That's it. I just thought I'd mention that, because it would make this so much cuter. She already looks elegant in her sparkly dress. =]

I like her hair, her dress, and the color contrast between the two. I agree with Equilibrix about the wind...and maybe it's just me but her feet seem like they're a few pixels too far to the right.  Still, very good overall.

She looks a bit stiff.. she should struggle to maintain balance in a wind strong like this :-) And the wind blowing could be pixelled better; anti-aliased and with less contrast.. But the dress folds are nice!
