His shoulders should be alot wider really, at the moment he looks quite weedy for who he is. I don't think a fire emblem style portrait should have the character looking downwards imo. The outline of the jacket on the inside is far too dark i think. The hair looks unfinished, i'd render it with a bit more care.Best of luck with your project! :)
