The lack of detail bothers me, and for that reason it probably won't get accepted. Add a little more detail, like a ladder or others swimming and make the people more than just dots. That way you can be sure it gets in.

It has a nice animation but it could be better. Why does he slow in speed when he is about to hit the water? Why doesn't the diving board bend? I like the splash but something isn't right. The dot should pop up above the surface after the dive, no?
