What a brilliant background..the forest mountains and clouds..I think with all the layers being so bright though, you cannot feel the depth. Just like Leel said, it lacks perspective.

Lacks perspective, the foreground and background just look as if they're on a single plane - minus the trees which get more blue the farther bath they go, those are ace.

But it has a nice feel to it, almost like it should go in a children's book.  I don't remember if they have so much fire and damage in children's books, but.. kids these days are pretty used to war and gory, no? 

Cool picture! I like the retro feeling of the design though I would prefer more desaturated colours and perhaps making the background a little darker or whatever as to make the foreground stand out more. Well done! 

clouds are THE eyecatcher here! really great; though the whole piece looks a bit too 2d-ish to me

p.s. you should fix the 2 pixels wide gap in the clouds on the right corner, seems like you've accidently moved 2 layers =)

Awesome view, though personally I'd lose the big horseback soldier guy, and only have the clash between the distant and the close foreground, no middleman (minus pun.)
