-Dingo- Yeah, here we have hands which don't look like hands, sword and everything else are heavily decorated and have unusual shapes which hard for brain to recognize.

Same problem. Rendering is wonderful, but, while I understand where head obviously ends (with hair, of course), I don't see where it starts. Maybe some playing with shadows will help?

I really like the coloring in this, but I have to agree that it is a little messy. If you take time to look at the sprite, you can tell what it is; but at first glance it is somewhat hard to make out though that may just be because of the stance the character is in.

snake like creature is his arm, and mask?his face is under his hair

This is pretty messy. I have no idea where his face is, and the snake like creature is blending together with the mask(?) The sword is very big, and adds to the messiness, together with the blue lightning. Basically too much is happening on too little space. Other than this, I like it.
