@AdamPlaysThank you for your advices.
1) I changed the animation from 4 frames to 13~frames. I never had a snow globe so it was hard to emulate the motion :P Still crappy but better now.
2&3) I discarded the ligth effect on brown parts, corrected a little at glass part. Also used colors are 8 now, instead of 12.
4) It is a lean-to as littlesapphire mentioned. I played with it too. I hope it is more clear now.

Cute idea. I have some minor suggestions.
1) The animated path of the white pixels look like they are gnats rather than swirling/falling snowflakes.
2)The dark brown and the light brown in the corners are awkward. How does the light source hit the bottom of the globe - and only on that part?
3) Similarly - the dark blue on the left side of the globe doesn't really do much. The lighting in the globe would have a much different effect. Take a look at these nonpixel examples to see what I mean.
4) Also it is unclear what the brown thing in the globe is. A house? A picnic table?
