my little contribution to this week's albumcover-challenge; 'so und so' by german band 'wir sind helden' - the original cover just screams for an iso-remake..

my first iso so far, tried to keep in simple and stylish (i'm not the kind of geek that starts with detailed castles =)

more difficult than i expected, i've learned that i like making topdowns better than isos.. respects to jalonso and the others, i now know why you are how you are, isos are no fun =)

Love the little details strewn all over. And I actually prefer iso buildings from the top-down ones.

Somehow when I saw the preview I thought it was yours and I was right. :S Nice remake of the original cover. I think it looks good as an isometric and the colors are pretty nice as well.

Ooh, this looks really nice. Very clean and plasticy. :)
Not sure about the completely vertical shines, but i guess it adds to the style.

This is just awesome. Simplistic looking, perhaps but its very obvious you know how to control pixels.
I zoomed in and know exactly which individual pixels where the most difficult to decide on, lol.
Just be glad you didn't try to stick to a grid.

Holy crap this is so awesome. I love the trees, and awesome idea re-envisioning the cover that way. A total win!
