I figured that would look more realistic. I set that frame to 150. I'll change it back.

Yeah, I noticed the arm thing too. Forgot to change that frame. Is the jumpy part the back leg?

Good! But one frame looks like it "sticks" on the arm.

Also some parts are jumpy

Yeah, I agree with BlackDragon, but perhaps also try to raise the feet on each step a little more, it looks to me like he's shuffling a bit more than walking.

This will be helpful to quite a few people. Hell, I'll probably use it, 'cause I'm terrible at walking animations.

You did a generally good job with this, but there are some minor issues. Angle the foot up in the contact position, so that the heel touches the ground. You got lazy on the arms, add more frames. And the front foot should go back a little further.
