Reminds me of las plagas infected from Resident Evil 4 and, to a lesser extent, the Silent Hill nurses.
Very good lighting and dithering... and the anatomy seems correct to me, given that she's a horrible, twisted monster.

Absolutely amazing! What gets me is that only is it a great image but it only uses 8 colours. Very very impressive. One day I'd like to be able to pixel like this. Wow.

I still don't like the hole in the leg-tumor thing. Using Round Table Pizza Physics, I'd assume it would simply deflate.But it's still wonderful :).

Rather quite excellent! Amazing use of only 8 colors!I would suggest re-doing the preview image as it didn't really lend itself to my clicking interest ... I am certainly glad I did.
