Reminds me of las plagas infected from Resident Evil 4 and, to a lesser extent, the Silent Hill nurses.

Very good lighting and dithering... and the anatomy seems correct to me, given that she's a horrible, twisted monster.

I still don't like the hole in the leg-tumor thing. Using Round Table Pizza Physics, I'd assume it would simply deflate.
But it's still wonderful :).
