Well, this piece was for "weapons contest". I had no idea how to work this theme at the fisrt days, but then I read Rurouni Kenshin and I saw there a guy that had and diferent XXX. I got the ideia from there, gave some other detais and added another blado in the other side of the cable and, voilá, the concept was done. Yes, Seven's weapons helped me n doing the concept, but it was not from there I took the idea =P

Seven:
I thought on adding some egipt features, but you're in the contest too, you know how difficult it is for guys like us to do pixel arts and to work at the same time. The time killed me XD
No outlines? hm, if its not too much to ask, dont you have any example? o.o

I know you said that just because it reminds Serge's Swallow XDD

BTW, Cidow, Awesome job. Just think it could have some more "egipt" features on it. And no outlines for the bricks and tiles.

Heh, ya know Cidow, I was looking at that like, "I feel like I've seen that somewhere before..." Then I remember that Seven's character Delta had an "Oblivion Armor" with a similar blade. You should ask him about that, he made it years ago, but I think the design similarities are just a coincidence.

But this is a stellar use of a limited pallet!
