The animation is perfect, I am unimpressed with the shading, just like everyone else says. I think you understand the concept of lighting and its angles. I am guessing you probably just got lazy on this, because the "horns" or what ever is on his back, it seems like the way the light hits them never changes as the character moves, yet the amount of light that appears on the guys arms drastically changes as he moves. Great job though, this is awesome. Hopefully you edit it.
