It's the gradient background causing the high color count.

But there is major room for color color reduction other then that.

It's really nice, and very realistic. The scale is great. But, I'd aim for less colors. Check out the Isometric City collab in the forum. I think that has under 150 colors.

i love the little white building with blue glass northwest of the hospital.
looks like your skills improved if i look at it from north to south, i dont like the black outlines of the victorian buildings at top.
but the rest is nice and cute.
