So on my on going Space Russian game, here is the shooting animation of the "Space AK-47." It looks like a regular AK-47...although it shoots laser blasts... Pretty creative right right??? (If you do not think so it was my friend's idea, but if you think so I thought of it. ) Again this looks better against a dark background for you can see the muzzle flash.

I wanted to add yellow, but since I'm using a nes palette the yellow is more green so I had to go with something a little different. Your right though, I forgot its a laser...now I gotta change that...

don't be afraid to add a yellow color for the gunshot, that skin tone just ain't doin' it. Also the contrast is nice if you look at it in 2x but 1x it could use just a little more. And if you really want to make it look like laser than put a laser instead of gunfire.

EDIT: Just took a look with dark background. now the skintone lookes okay when firing.
