This is really cool. I love how you were able to use such few colors.

The flower is whats supposed to be powering the place (bottom-right), just because something has flowers doesn't mean it has to be bright and shiny :D

The top-right room was done smooth because that is a business room. (The company has a clean face, but its actually a mess)

I really like the dithering, the subtle space invader stuff, and most especially the colors as used on that octagon in the middle. I'm not to fond of it as a challenge entry just because I don't see the flower as being a prominent portion of the piece (or even really recognizable) but you get a fav just for that shiny rounded big purple elongated octagon. love it.

I dunno, some areas are a bit messy, and hard to see. I like the dithering, and it's a good idea...but where are the flowers?

On a serious note, it looks cool, but the perspective is confusing and I have absolutely no idea what's supposed to be happening in the image.

Also it looks unfinished, the top right 'room' is far too smooth in comparison to the other 'rooms'. Remember, you still have a few days to work on this y'know.
