I want to make a small isometric city project. If I do, this will be the first building in it (I want to make it kinda like a building that god lives in or something, thus the Omega).

That looks a lot better. There are still a few issues (some I didn't spot before :P ). The wall visible through the door doesn't make sense (it would require there to be no wall on the top left side). Also, the bright highlight there and next to the ladder stick out. While you're at it, the Omega seems to be leaning to the left.

Not bad. Your lighting is a bit off. For example, the bright highlight on the door shouldn't be there, since that side of the building is facing away from the light source. The bright highlight on the middle corner of the building doesn't make sense there between a darker shade and an even darker shade. I'd also consider losing the black border (that's your call though :D ).
With a few tweaks this will look nice!
