Edit: Oooooh. The guys were right, it was really hard to see anything, so I quickly upped the contrast. If you still cannot make out what's going on on the icon then here's an outlined version.

bwahaha, this was my initial idea, except I couldn't get anything readable...I guess you had a similar problem. I wouldn't have known what it was if Pixelspy hadn't said anything. In fact it took me about 20 seconds to even realise that there was a person in this image.
