Way back, maybe twenty years ago I found a can of blue paint and decided to revive the old raggedy-ass Skoda in my grandparents backyard.  I was badly scolded after for wasting a can of paint and ruining my clothes.
This piece recalls that painting (process).
Used this, this and this as references while sketching the ride though somehow in the process it came out as a Skoda 120 rather than the intended Skoda 100. I'll try to dig up a photo of the backyard too when I visit my parents.
And here's a wip too.

@ Dennis: Funny, I thought I'd look bit too small compared to the car. If I seem to be a giant I am. 1.93 meters at the moment.

@ Vel: Well, I wasted all of the paint so this is is just a WIP, and yep it's some kind of pound there behind me. Made of wood mostly if my memory serves.

Ya know. Most people would comment on the car, but the clouds, shrubbery, and the boy are pure genius too, as well as the car. ^_^ Great work there! That's awesome that you pixeled a memory. Specially a childhood memory. Kudos again!

I like the story behind this piece and I love the mood that those colors put me in.
I don't know why I did not notice it in the challenge thread but you seem to be a giant compared to the Skoda.
