Here's my entry to this week's challenge. I purposefully avoided dithering, instead using the 2-color restriction to make a bold visual statement.

If I see another fleur de-lis, I may smash something.

I love the guy, he's really good. I don't like the boxes around all the little fleur-de-lis, though. I think if you just used an outline around them, it would look better. Nice job, though!

It's hard to not love this. Looks incredible!

Only little thing that I feel is somewhat worth mentioning is how his head is a bit warped. It gets away with it pretty well though, since it's a cartoon... Though, it seems somewhat deflated to me.
