Figure study, as in drawing from reference or life. Try looking at the link I posted and the videos and try doing something like that daily. It will improve your pixeling tremendously...

@Bwian: hip section seems to have disappeared... actually, i asked her about that, and really, the clothing is actually just a shirt! what happend is that she bent her legs inwards. well im guessing.

all in all, you really have the feeling that's she's lying on her bed or something
and her cornering eyes are pretty evocative too :)

While this piece is a big improvement and progression for your art, I suggest you do it more and more, since you are lacking in figure study. Try practicing drawing the human form first and after you get comfortable (usually a year should do it, if done regularly), try adding shading to the mix.
