 Maybe Someone doesn't know what is Art in pixel, i can do the near same picture  in 32 colors, i don't put rules in my graphics,it's not like games graphic that i made every day fully structured,  it's obvious that i can't use very less colors, but all my next graphics will be like this one, so you can directly skip my future works if you doesn't like ;)

Anyway, I think the image is a bit all over the place, as most your other stuff. I am in no way someone who would say less colours are always better, but you have some quite silly stuff going on there. You seem to just add colour because you can. In some places stuff clashes rather bad, like on the thigh highlights. That dark-light-dark gradiation makes no sense at all and just looks glitchy.

Also given the amount of colours you have your aa is pretty bad. Either aa stuff or don't. Having stuff not aa'ed as good as it could be or not everything at a similar level looks pretty poor. The big heart for example could be aa'ed WAY nicer with what you have.

I am not saying you don't have skill, but I am convinced you could do better work if you would work a bit more focused. Not just regarding colours.

nice work nontheless, could have used 30-40 colors for that though
