I know about the outer lines, I tried a couple of things to fix it but I wasn't able. Also what the hell happened with the headband? O_o I'll fix i, hopefully I still have the original.

Gleeeefk, don't count your chickens before they've hatched ;) But yes this is mostly truly awesome. A few crits: The outer lines seem quite jagged at spots and why did you crop out a corner of the head band? Your resolution is already a bit strange, so why not add a few pixels to the right :o?
