Wow, This has no faults, you must have really worked over it. I wonder if anyone will find any critiques.

 edit- Aha!, the hat bounces very strangely, like its being supported by a stick coming out of his head, it needs more curve. Ok, maybe I'm just looking for anything now

Love it!  The cartoony motion lines are great, and the clothing and hair fly so fluently.  Well done.
