I mean like I don't get what is on his shoulder, can't work out if we can see his left arm. The black folds on the right arm seem off. How but texture for the ground and color scheme. What are the grey dots on the side of the cap? Do you have a reference? Should his right shoulder be out more.

I like the face and concept, but I think it has poor readability.
