I think the shell looks a bit odd the way it wobbles. It might look better if it moved an one solid shape.

However, I love the shading and the colours.

Seems odd to me how the shell is going up and down, but not left or right. Nice job though.

It looks like you're starting to clean up your scratchy style a bit, which is great! Looking much readable now, less mess. However, I'll jump on the band wagon, and say the shifting of the shell doesn't work in this case, whether it was meant or not...either way, hope to see more refined stuff like this in the future...

 Freaking great!   It looks like a snail without the shell!  Under a snail's shell, they still have the shell shape, but it is rubbery and jiggly.  

I really like that but, If I were you I'd try to mask each frame so it wouldn't look so obvious. Just edit it a little bit.

It seems you grab parts of the shell and just move thema few pixels up and other parts a few pixels down

I don't like the way the shell moves in this piece. It should be more solid my minds eye tells me as soon as I saw this.

Nice, I like the shading on it. The motion is good, except the shell looks like it isn't a single hard object. Overall, very creative though, well done.
