I was trying to put my finger on what's wrong with it.

It's his head...the head jerks around while the rest of the body moves fluidly.

Still not bad though :)

Too much jittering around.
Try and keep the animation static in one place at the moment he's kind of bouncing back and foreward in the canvas it looks weird and choppy.

The animation is pretty awesome. However, I'm concerned that one step is considerably longer than the other one, especially looking at the arm. Just my opinion, though.
