Let's just pretend the debacle with my confusion over rules never happened and this is the only one I submitted to the challenge.

Did a more gruff character this time. One who would begrudge even those he has to give thanks to.

I simply could not believe this guy when I saw it.  You have a good chance to win your own challenge!  Speaking of which, I want to thank you again for making portraits the theme.  I'm studying pixel art to make games, so a game theme really got me going.  I hope the next challenge you give is also game related.  I'm voting for this one.

A lot of the inspiration comes from the art for the newer Shining series games, where they all sorts of anthropomorphic whatsits. Usually there's a dragon in there somewhere.

Kaiseto, your twist on dragons is simply amazing. Here you notice some human attributes which most artists on here wouldn't ever be able to do. Amazing job.

Very awesome! Looks like he might be a bit squished by his hip-guards or whatever they are, but then again i guess dragons don't have a set anatomy full pts.!

No reference. Little bit of inspiration from the Shining series of games, but I wasn't actually looking at any reference when I did it.

Wow, i like the style. It seems to me like a mixture of a wolf and a dragon. The expresson on the face is exacly as you decribed. Did you paint this one with a foreign reference or did you create your own one?
