you've got a lot of single-pixel noise that really drags the image down. Some of your pixel-placement confuses me. Why the random yellow pixels in the outline of the hair? Or the random single purple pixels in otherwise yellow-dominant areas? I think if more time were spent in making it smoother it would help a lot. Some colors are a bit too close to justify having both. I don't feel as though the palette is being used to its full potential. Some colors seem to be used mostly for fading out other colors to black or as AA (though it's difficult to tell what is AA and what isn't, or indeed the general form of much of the elements, due to the muddied and eccentric pixel placement). At either rate, these colors could be used more efficiently as true members of the palette rather than "helper colors" by defining areas where the shadow is a bit too dark or heavy and using them in large swaths.
I've edited a few areas (primarily the face) just to give a general idea of what I'm talking about.
oh, thank you. i will do it
