hi! its really nice on the subject matter side but the overall execution could be way better. its just too "jaggy"/smudgy/sketchy to call it a day already. polishing is a very calming process and rewarding too, and im telling you, it would hit the first page of monthly top if you finished this and gave it a chance. congrats on the 2nd place anyway, mate!

Agree that it's great, but his right piece of clothing look a bit other style drawn...   You know, just as someone other would do it or it'd be taken from another picture :)

Prewiev is cool!

I thought about refining it, but I think that this "mess" fits much better to the overall feeling and atmosphere of this picture - fallout, dust, decay are rough and unpleasant. I'm rather happy about this messy result reminding me somehow the feeling of oldschool demoscene graphics days back. Thanks everyone for comments!

It's awesome.  I agree it is a bit messy, but I kind of like the messy style here.  It would be hard to choose, I think, between this version and a cleaner version. 

I'd like to see what this would be like once it's cleaned up a bit more, I'm sure it'll be pretty magnificent. :)
