Hm, this is quite old. It's a prop for a doll that's remarkably ghey, so I will not burden you with it. (The stupid preview was bad enough.) Actually, it's not that bad. I just don't like it. I really should have done this vertical or horizontal. It takes up so much space. Anyway, it's an early model of my personal sword design -- not that I'm a master sword maker, though it's a far-fetched goal. And just between you and me: I can sincerely use a sword (not full blown engagements yet, mind you). I hate macho guys who ‘collect’ swords and leave them on their wall. My spring steel tai chi sword (non-sharpened for the safety of others >_>) has nicks on the lower blocking part. Of course, I could have just scraped it against the sidewalk...

i enjoy the design of the sword. with so many colors, you must have worked a great deal on it. was the blade meant to appear so dull though? it appears more round then flat and sharp for the type of shading you've used.

did you airbrush it? all you need for this is 12 colors max and you could do it with 6-8 im sure, not the huge number you have now. would also look a lot sharper if the colors were fewer.

very nice, the blade is nice and smooth... makes it look kinda old and worn, almost a stoney effect, dunno if thts what u were going for but it looks great anyhow, nice ^^
