A funny and touching character. But I agree with Opacus, although it also could be the angle of view: slightly from above her, as might be indicated by the feet.
There's too much dithering, too, esp in her face.
Pretty cool, but either her arms are massive or her legs are really tiny.
Bad volumes and proportions. Icky green on face was there a pallete restriction? Her left hand, hair and eyes are pretty cool though. Break it down to basic shapes and draw on paper in perspective. Then alter the pixel piece (if u can be bothered :) ) see john k blog for construction notes.
