this is epic. you have some great style and your dithering is second to none, blending smoothly even without AA. the eyes are lifelike!

You guys have no proof that it is a quality reduced picture, and 
ryan-gfx has no proof that it was pixelled by hand. If handed, you did godly, if not, you suck.

this is a reduced picture >.>;;; why is this even here? your pixel art is inconsistant with this, you can't have this pretty good pixel art, and then have your other stuff... oh well

Hmm, the colours seem too odd to me for it to have been totally unaided by a photograph. Personally i don't see the point of doing pixel art to MAKE it look so much like an edited photo. But still, enough of me being harsh, it's nice nevertheless.

Looks like it was posterized/color reduced, and some of it was hand pixeled, but there are areas where I can tell you got lazy and used automated dithering, such as in the background. The carpet seems like you went back to that by hand, though.
