I think I bit off a bit more than I could chew with this one... no pun intended. I did the best I think I can, though I do hope to revist this later when I feel I've improved. I'm not sure on the colour count, but it shouldn't be all that high.

Well, if there were still eyelids on the other side, it would be a closed-eye smile, but due to her, ah, exposure, it is a wink~
I'm rather poor at colour choices... All of the colours in this image, minus the background would pulled from various photos of gangrene victims. I tried as best I could to use colours from the skin in the bone, and vice versa, the green rotten skin bits and the hair are branching out from the skin as well. The bikini is rather obviously a distinct jump.

You might simplify some of your ramps, and integrate them better.

The hair looks weird, like pasted on the image. Probably through lack of contrast.
