They were, it's more a matter of fg/bg having a similar amount of contrast. Not that important though.

 @Manu: I guess the black building silhouettes weren't very clear >.<  Added bulb, should cement intended perspective :P  Unsure about where to blackline, Simpsons occasionally do glowy effects :/

The bg could have its darkest tone lightened up a bit I think, and could use just a hint of cast shadow to make sure Unc'Sim is really inside.

 Is that bird crap on his head?? lol XD  The bird turned out well.. When I saw his face I thought homer or like a very creepy version of a simpsons character

needed a background in my opinion. and the bird looks amaing the the black outlines don't work that well for the person.

Wow very nice, he even has a straight jacket XD.
