This is great! Wouldn't change a thing. For those that think it's busy and/or less-than-readible, you have to remember it's an action game mockup - things would be moving around and make themselves far more obvious than are static.

A bit busy as far as composition and readability go. There's probably too much of the shooting stuff for the graphic efficiency of the piece.
Looks a lot more fun than than the actual bayonetta game was to play. The style of your mock up just looks far more appealing than the vulgar style they used in the game (not counting the obvious differences in 2D and 3D). nice work.
I'd lower the brightness of the second brightest red on the dragons main body pieces though. I find the two brightest look too similar.

Very nice colors, background, movements and sprites.
...if it was made by Raizing/Eight it would have medal collection, camouflaged bullets (Battle Garegga Style) and you'd be suiciding every sindle minute to keep the difficulty down! Which means it would be an instant buy for me!
