Lowering the body and head did make it look better. Also I think I got the run fixed.

Well, the legs get a bit further apart and the crotch gets a bit lower, so the whole body should get lower too. That's what you do when you hit. I think.

They aren't crouching, they're just in a different position.

Also I feel the same way about the run, I can't figure it out.

When he hits, his legs make a crouching move, not his head nor torso. Shouldn't they?
