Nice to see you back to the site. Good for 30 minutes (I think I'd just settle on overall shapes by that time), although some refinements would be made if there were more time. Among easier ones  are changing of color of white visor outline when it goes to shaded area and maybe elimination of dithering.

The colors are intentional, they are from flag of my country, and I've thought it would be fun to use them despite they aren't combine well.

I haven't watch Power Rangers in a long time. Does it still fair the way it used to back in the day?

Also, good coloring on the character.

Nice job. The colors are somewhat scary/ugly tho. Your gallery does not show such horrid color palettes so it must be intentional.
