 Thank you but actually i didn't draw it before pixeling.. i drew it on paint already and cleaned out some of the sketchy and kept some to give it a style but thanks..and about the stripes lol.. does it really need to be like that >_< i just drew it like i've seen before.

 oops, that sounded mean. I really like the piece, just work on initial planning and you'll be golden.

 You're missing stripes  Google prison uniform, you'll see you need to add one on each bicep and one on the pectorals. I can see you drew this before you pixeled it (i think) if I'm right then don't scan it in. It can lead to weird iso. Just Use your sketch as a reference. 

 Hmm LOL well I find it hard to add more furnitures and not make it too busy >_<  crap....

the f**ked up walls, the barricaded door and stuff makes him looks like he actually IS in jail.... maybe add some furniture, carpet etc to make it look more like a lkiving room....also i think u could make the glow of the TV brighter and the surroundings more dark to make him look more isolated
