Some thoughts about this piece: the turtle face and the mushroom people (especially the heads) are a little strange, IMHO.
I am really diggin' the bowser! and as always palette is sexy.
I wasn't focusing on the goomba until it changed, and didn't realize it had been a goomba. I thought it was a skateboard and thought "gee he's really restyling it..."
Lovely pallet, shading, style as usual. Also a great take on Mario.

that look on peach's face says it all.. beyond tired of ninty doing the same old damsel in distress thing! Starting to feel like every version looks the same, sounds the same and plays the same, which is a shame consider how there's such awesome interpretations to be found on here
