So recently I've been mailing letters to Namco bothering them about making Tekken into a 2d game for some small handheld or something just to keep 2d fanboys like myself quiet. They said they didn't have any time to work on a separate project, so they asked me to send in each character to show what I got. I did, and now I'm fixing to be one of the lead designers for the new 2d fighting game called "Tekken Revamp", for the Nintendo DS, which will be hopefully due in late 2006. These characters have been in the works for at least 2 months already, and are in no particular order. They are all from the latest Tekken 5 game minus 3 characters( Jinpachi, Devil Jin, and Roger)...These characters and designs are all copyrighted by Namco. The drawings were all drawn by me on MSpaint including the logo. Just remember, these characters and logo cannot be redistributed by any or other illegal means without legal permission of Namco. Please ask for my permission if you want to use these specific drawings for any purpose, other wise it is illegal to do so. P.S. I was just bullshittin' about me helping to make a new Tekken 2d fighting game...It was just for shits and giggles...would be sweet if they did though...

I agree. I pretty much just eyeballed the original stances of the players during in-game matches. Since then, though, my tastes have grown and I still shudder at older pieces such as this...

Coloring is awesome. but the poses range from fantastic to...awkward. An example of a good one would be the second to last guy. A bad one, first in the third row. None of these are HORRIBLE, per se, but there is definitely some variance in quality from sprite to sprite.

Excuse me, but can you chop the sprites seperately, because when i copy the image i get all of them plus the logo and the grey background. Can you please have indivdual sprites for them?

WOW, you made like every fighter, becasue Tekken 5 took some oldies back who were supossed to be dead after the 3rd tournament (Beak and Bruce mainly, becasue Ogre has moves of them) I love the design and the anatomy of each fighter, It's Fricking amazing, butt you're just missing details (facials expressions, Kazuya's haircut isn't 1 cone but it's slightly devided into 2. But colors and shape : 15/10. I tried to make some character a while ago, but you own mine :o
