Thanks, guys! I agree with you - the work looks rather unfinished, thats why I posted it there :) Thanks for comments, fortunately I have some time to continue this work. Maybe I will update it =)

some of the shading is pretty rough, and it doesn't seem like you tried for much color conservation (not that it's terribly important, in my opinion). But the overall effect is wonderful.
Awesome job. I will use this for inspiration in the future. With that said, it doesn't look quite finished. The transition between the detail of the closest buildings and the most distant buildings is too extreme. The person in the foreground does not have the same quality as the rest of the piece. But again, awesome.
I think the shading is quite stylish! the only thing is the MAJOR banding on the road.
Very nice man! I gave it a 4/5 simply because it could still be made a little better. The colors are a bit flat in some areas, adn it could use some AA and/or dithering. Other than that the design of this piece is freaking awesome, keep it up bro.
