I wanted to upload this awhile back but decided there was a few things I needed to iron out, so I fixed it a tad.

Story time:I actually was intending to put this into a challenge awhile back until I realized it was already over. The End. This is based on a cat with the same name that ended up on the news a long time ago, google it to find it because I'm way too lazy to find a refrence.

that yellow crap is supposed to be hair, this is based of a cat with some genetic mutation:

 Anatomy is raped. the perspective it wierd, his eyes look like they're popping out of his face and the nose is way too far to the right. What's the yellow crap on his stomach, and why does he have no left (our right) arm? What's he wearing on his head, underpants?

Colours are dull and blurry, and the dithering just makes it even more messy. try to clean it up and use more contrasted colours!
